Ghost Photo ID Maker is a fast, intelligent, and privacy-focused offline passport and official identity photo creation suite developed by SDDEV (sddev.in) for the Ghost Series of Android applications. It enables users to create, crop, and export professional identity portraits adhering to 35+ global country standards (including US, UK, EU Schengen, India, Canada, Australia, Japan, and more) or custom millimeter/pixel dimensions.

Engineered with a strict offline-first philosophy, the app combines on-device neural background removal, formal suit swapping, lighting adjustments, offline super-resolution upscaling, and A4 print sheet PDF generation across smartwatches (Wear OS), phones, foldables, tablets, and Android TV — 100% offline without accounts, logins, or cloud telemetry.

Ghost Photo ID Maker is built on a strict zero-data-collection model. We operate completely offline without user accounts, logins, or cloud storage:

• Photos & Portraits: Selected or captured photos are processed entirely in your device's volatile memory (RAM) and saved only to local storage when you explicitly choose to export. They are never uploaded or transmitted off-device.
• Biometric Facial Landmarks: Face alignment guides (eye level, crown, chin limits) are calculated on-device in real time to ensure standard compliance. They are never stored as biometric templates or transmitted off-device.
• Preferences & Presets: App settings and document presets are stored strictly in encrypted local SharedPreferences on your device.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, advertising identifiers, or analytics profiles. The application does not include any payment processing, billing systems, or in-app purchases.

Data processed within Ghost Photo ID Maker is used solely on your physical device for the following purposes:

• Removing and replacing portrait backgrounds using local on-device neural segmentation.
• Aligning and overlaying formal attire layers onto user portraits.
• Enhancing portrait sharpness and print fidelity via offline super-resolution upscaling (ONNX Runtime).
• Generating compliant photo tiles and printable A4 PDF sheets saved directly to your device storage.

We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral analytics, profiling, or monetization.

All AI-powered features in Ghost Photo ID Maker — including background segmentation, clothing swap, and super-resolution upscaling — execute entirely on your device using locally packaged neural models. Your photos are never sent to any external server, cloud infrastructure, or third party for processing.

Note: Selecting existing photos from your gallery utilizes Android's native system Photo Picker, granting access exclusively to the specific image you choose without requiring broad media permissions.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal data with any third party. Ghost Photo ID Maker operates entirely offline on your device without third-party cloud services.

Ghost Photo ID Maker contains zero advertising SDKs, zero telemetry or analytics SDKs, zero payment processing frameworks, and zero social media trackers.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you maintain full control of your data at all times:

• Clearing app data via Android Settings permanently removes all locally stored preferences, recents, and cached temporary images.
• Uninstalling the app removes all app-specific data from your device.
• Photos or printable PDFs you export are stored in your device's media gallery or documents directory and remain under your complete control.

Ghost Photo ID Maker is not directed at children and does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13.

As a user, you hold complete sovereignty under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and international privacy frameworks:

• Right to access, correction, and erasure of personal data.
• Right to grievance redressal directly with the developer.

Because Ghost Photo ID Maker stores no personal or biometric data on remote servers, your rights of erasure and control are exercised directly on your device.
